Tonight we made Christmas countdowns. I get tired of them asking all the time if Santa is here or not, so we made a way for them to be able to tell when Santa will come. Each night the kids cut off a piece of the beard until it is gone, and then it is Christmas Eve. Jacks didn't make one, he just had to be in the picture. He has rosy cheeks like Santa.
My parents to an advent calender for the grand kids each year, so we went and opened the first 5 days tonight. The kids love to get the candy and prizes they get from it. My parents also have some musical things under their tree. Emery loved looking at the carousel.
