Yesterday we made reindeer cookies. This is what I had in mind when we made them.
They had a lot of fun creating their own things with their cookies.
Emery made one that had a wing on it's head. (a pretzel stick) Beck made Finn from "Adventure Time" Cam and Grey made some interesting characters and swords for them too. The kids are getting excited for each project now. They always ask what we get to do today.
Another thing were doing is putting little surprises in their socks. I had every intention of them knowing it was from us, but on the first day it was done Brad was just home and he told them it was an Elf watching them to make sure they were good. That story has worked out wonderfully. Today they got slap bands. Beckham was excited that his was Santa and he said he got it because he was being the best kid so he got the special one. Camden said he knew they were getting something because he heard someone come into the house last night. I love how strong the magic of Christmas is with them. It makes it all so much more fun.
