It is canning season and my mom and I can some things together. I was able to get a bunch of tomatoes free so we made some Sweet and Sour sauce. One of the things in it is onions. The kids love to help do things and they wanted to help chop the onions. As they got blended in the food processor the onions got stronger and the kids got mad. They soon realized how horrible onions really are. Beck got the most upset. He told me he couldn't see anything. I think they will stay away from onions for a while.

Onions
